德库菌属（学名：）为肉杆菌科的一个属。Desemzia来自德国微生物与细胞保藏中心的缩写DSMZ (Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen)。该属的模式种为（Desemzia incerta）。
