斯希蒙尼克島
斯希蒙尼克島（荷蘭語：，[ˌsxiːrmɔnəkˈoːx] （ⓘ）；西弗里斯兰语：；指市镇时译作斯希蒙尼克奥赫）是荷蘭的島嶼，位於北海，屬於西弗里西亞群島的一部分，由菲士蘭省負責管轄，長16公里、寬4公里，面積39.94平方公里，2005年人口1,002。
