黑头鱼目（学名：）是輻鰭魚綱的一个目，包含了两个科，主要是深海鱼类[1][2][3]。

分类
在过去，本目曾被归类为水珍鱼目之下的黑头鱼亚目（），但在实际上，水珍鱼类接近鲑形目，而黑头鱼类却接近鲤形目。于是，依2017年《硬骨鱼系统分类》，将本目归属于新鳍亚纲、真骨下纲、骨舌鱼高群、鲱头鱼总群、骨鲱群，独自组成黑头鱼亚群（）。
